Paper Storage racks by Bulman are the most widely used roll paper cutters and racks in the world. They are designed to provide you with years of maintenance-free operation. Bulman cutters smoothly dispense many types of paper including butcher, kraft, and giftwrapping papers. They cut evenly, using either side of the double-edged, spring-loaded blade. All the towers occupy a minimum of floor or countertop space to provide convenient roll loading, dispensing and cutting. Metal dowels and hub adapters (available at extra cost) allow varying roll widths to be mounted on a single tower. Heavy duty casters (at extra cost) can be added to provide complete mobility. Available with serrated blades. Bulman Wall Racks are convenient space savers and provide you with the maximum flexibility and ease in roll loading, dispensing, and cutting. They are easy to assemble and mount and are constructed with heavy-duty materials for a long, useful life. The racks use regular spring-loaded blades with locking devices for easy roll changing.
