What matters most is how classroom furniture performs once it is in place and being used every day. At Worthington Direct, that is why we make a point to follow through, check in, and make sure customers are happy with the furniture they selected for their space.
That commitment was part of the experience for Cornerstone Christian School in Wildomar, California, a K–12 college-preparatory school associated with Cornerstone Community Church. In spring 2025, Andy Deane, Lead Pastor at Cornerstone Community Church, worked with Worthington Direct sales rep Aidan to help equip classrooms with durable, flexible furniture designed for everyday learning.
The school selected several pieces of Marco Group furniture through Worthington Direct, including Apex dry erase student desks, stack chairs, and bar-height tables with stools. Together, these pieces helped furnish multiple classrooms with dependable furniture that supports both individual work and student collaboration.
One standout feature of this purchase is the use of dry erase desktops. These writable surfaces give students a practical space to brainstorm ideas, work through assignments, and collaborate during lessons right at their desks. Combined with sturdy classroom seating and flexible table options, the result is a setup that looks clean, functions well, and supports a range of classroom activities.
After the furniture was set up, Aidan followed up with the school to see how everything was working out. Dr. Shalone McCarthy, Vice Principal and School Counselor at Cornerstone Christian School, shared a classroom photo and positive feedback:
“The desks are working great! Students are enjoying using the whiteboards for their assignments.
They also look great in the classrooms.”
