How Do I Calculate My Shipping Cost?
To calculate shipping, add all items to your cart and select "Shipping & Checkout." After entering your shipping address, locate available shipping methods and additional service options at the bottom of the page. Choose your options to see the total shipping cost. You may use this amount on your offline purchase order, or proceed with checkout online.

Pro Tip:
When possible, order all furniture from the same brand so shipping is consolidated. You will generally receive a better freight rate and have fewer deliveries.
Shop by BrandShipping Options
We ship factory direct from furniture manufacturers located across the USA. Cartons and packing slips may not have the Worthington Directâ„¢ name on them, but instead the actual manufacturer's name. We make every effort to ensure that you receive the most competitive rates available.
Smaller items can ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, but the majority of furniture is shipped via freight truck and delivered using one of the following methods:
Tailgate Delivery:
This is the standard freight truck procedure and requires your staff to offload the complete shipment from the back of the freight truck. If your facility has a loading dock, access to a forklift, or your football team is available to offload, then tailgate delivery is the right choice for you. Keep in mind that a freight truck's trailer is approximately 49" high off the ground.
Liftgate Service:
If your school does not have a loading dock, forklift, or staff to offload from the freight truck, request liftgate service. The freight truck will be outfitted with a mechanical lift to lower all freight to ground level. You will still be responsible for bringing your items into your building.
Inside Delivery:
This service includes liftgate service and limited threshold delivery. The freight driver will lower your shipment to ground level and bring the complete shipment inside the first set of doors to your building. The driver will not bring items up any stairs or beyond the first set of doors. You may still need to assist the driver with extremely large or heavy products. Drivers do not provide White Glove Delivery. Once inside, no additional services will be provided (e.g., removal of items from the pallet, room placement, package disposal, etc.).
Notification prior to delivery is available at no extra charge for freight truck shipments only. If you are ordering for an organization that might be closed due to a holiday or other reasons around your expected delivery time, please include that information in the order comments. All freight truck shipments require someone to be available at arrival to inspect items and sign the receipt. Deliveries are only made on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
