Returns
We represent many different manufacturers, all which have varying return policies. Most products that are unused and in the original cartons may be returned back to their respective manufacturer. See the details section on every product page where we list whether a product can be returned or not. Custom and clearance products may not be returned.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 20 days from Worthington Direct before any merchandise may be returned. You will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping if the product arrived as advertised. We will provide you with an exact return cost for your approval prior to any returns being initiated. Once approved, Worthington Direct will provide return documents and arrange for the product to be picked up.
Colors may appear differently on screens, and we strongly recommend requesting a free color swatch before ordering to ensure a proper match. Returns due to color discrepancies are discouraged. Contact us—we’re happy to help set you up for a successful order!
