For over 120 years, Whitney Brothers uses classic cabinetmaking techniques to design and manufacture unique, safe, sturdy, and innovative wood furniture, storage systems, and educational products for early education schools, childcare centers, and private homes. All products are proudly made in the USA and backed by a 10-year warranty. Each product passes an uncompromising 45-point safety inspection.

The smooth rounded edges of Whitney Brothers’ hardwoods and veneers employ the strongest woodworking joints and are finished by hand. They also design extra-wide spaces between doors and frames and use full-length continuous hinges to prevent little fingers from getting pinched, as demonstrated by the Dramatic Play items. Special care is also given to ensure that all small parts such as knobs, handles, hooks, magnets, and moving parts are smooth, rounded, and firmly attached to prevent breaking free under rigorous use.

Whitney Brothers is proud to say that every product they manufacture has received the prestigious GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification® and the more stringent Children & Schools® Certification, and meet compliance with Cal Prop 65. You will not find a Cal Prop 65 warning label on any furniture manufactured by Whitney Brothers.
