Lab Tables for Schools
Equipping your science classrooms poses some added challenges compared to getting furniture for other classrooms. You may need traditional tables or desks for one part of the classroom and lab tables for another area. Maybe you’d rather use science lab tables as the students’ regular desks so they can do basic experiments on their tables. Worthington Direct is here to help regardless of your science lab furniture needs.
Lab Tables for Biology to Chemistry
The simplest options available at Worthington Direct are basic science lab tables. These are normal tables but with chemical-resistant surfaces and a higher level of sturdiness. They are suitable for most experiments as well as everyday lessons. There are science table options from Allied, National Public Seating, and other top brands.
We also offer a simple variation of those basic lab tables – one with a whiteboard on top. This lets your students practice writing chemical formulas with ease. Another variation of the basic science tables is those with adjustable height, like tables from Smith System.
For more advanced science training and professional labs, addtional surfaces are available. Epoxy resin lab science tables are ideal for all school levels through college, and industry labs due to its resistance to caustic chemicals and heat. Phenolic resin table top resists cracks for years to come while being impervious to extreme cold and heat (up to 275*F) as well as resist damage from virtually any chemical, acids, and corrosive substance that's found in a laboratory setting.

Stools and Lab Seating
As you choose which science lab tables are right for your classrooms, you will have to decide whether you need stools. We have science tables in stock that come with matching stools to help you fast-track your selection. If you choose a table without seating, you can buy the stools separately.
Consider Tables With Storage
If you need extra storage, consider one of the science classroom tables with storage compartments built into it. You can even opt for a complete science workstation that offers loads of storage with a lab ready worktop. If you need a more flexible lab layout and will be moving stations often, then stand alone science lab tables are a better choice.
