Customer service exceeded all expectations! I have ordered from Worthington Direct several times and the quality of their products is excellent. Their team effectively communicated when my order left their facility along with tracking information and the estimated date and time of day I should expect them to arrive. My most recent order contained a slightly defective part. Within minutes of emailing my sales rep, I received an email from customer service apologizing for the mishap and letting me know a replacement part was on the way.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY SUPPORT Ten years ago, we ordered a National Public Seating double tier folding chair truck and 100 padded folding chairs from Worthington Direct. Both included a 10 year warranty, which we have needed to use. The chair truck sustained wear damage within a year of receiving it, and 16 of the chairs have recently become defective (in the 10th year) and broken at the hinge point (even though they have a 480 lb weight limit!). BOTH times I have communicated with Customer service about the warranty, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The manufacturer fully covered the replacement of all broken items at no cost to us. Fantastic companies to deal with and if I need any products they sell in the future, I would not hesitate to order from them again. A+++ service!
