Customer Service


First-class customer service is the reason why schools and organizations across the USA return time and time again to buy furniture from Worthington Direct™.  Our customer service team will expertly handle any unlikely issues that arise due to fulfillment errors, damages, shortages or defects.

Reporting Damages

If your shipment arrives damaged, promptly contact our Customer Service representatives. When possible describe the damage on the delivery receipt and ask the delivery person to sign it before they leave your facility. As we ship directly from the manufacturer, we will not know if something is damaged unless you notify us. We will happily assist you in replacement orders upon notification.


Shortages

Please check the contents of your order immediately and note any shortages on your delivery receipt when possible. Please note that we ship factory direct and you may be recieving multiple shipments from different factories to complete your order. Cartons and packing slips may not have the Worthington Direct™ name on them, but instead the actual manufacturer's brand name. If you have any issues contact Worthington Direct™ only, and we will handle all issues for you.

Returns/Cancellations

We represent many manufacturers, all which have varying return policies. Products that are unused and in their original cartons may usually be returned to their respective manufacturer. Return Authorizations must be requested within 20 days from Worthington Direct™ before any merchandise may be returned. Custom and clearance products may not be returned.

You will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the return shipping cost if the product arrived as advertised. We will provide you with an exact return cost for your approval prior to any returns being initiated. Once approved, Worthington Direct™ will provide return documents and arrange for order pick up.

Colors displayed online may vary from actual product color due to variations in monitors. We discourage returns due to color matching issues and if it is important to be exact, we ask that you request a color swatch prior to ordering. 


Typographical Errors

Please notify us if you see something on our website that is incorrect. All means have been taken to provide correct content and item descriptions, however human error and changes can occur. Please email content corrections to marketing@worthingtondirect.com.

Our printed catalogs may have outdated pricing and information that are changed after their print date. Please refer to our website for current pricing and sales.
