How long does it take to get a volume quote?
Quotes are typically returned within two business hours or we will contact you to advise why your quote may be taking longer than normal. Normal business hours are M-F 8am to 5pm CST.
What kind of furniture discount can I expect?
The Worthington Direct™ sales experts will pursue all options to save you additional money. We have great relationships with our furniture manufacturers and will pass along our preferred dealer pricing by examining each item on your quote request. We will also explore alternative shipping arrangements to help reduce your budget's bottom line.
What if I need to make revisions to my quote?
No problem! Just reply back directly to the sales rep that provided you with your original quote and let them know what changes you need made. If you have not received an email from a rep yet, you may email sales@worthingtondirect.com.
Do you provide quotes for states using ClassWallet for EANS funding?
Yes, we are an approved vendor through the following states' EANS programs: AR, FL, GA, IN, MA, SC, MN and MI.
Please indicate that you are needing a quote for a ClassWallet transaction. ClassWallet charges a 2.5% transaction processing fee that we will include on your quote.
