The Replay Mobile Cabinets with Double Doors are made of fully doweled 0.75" particle board with double sided thermal fused laminate and matching 3mm PVC edge banding on the sides, back, bottom, subtop, and sub-bottom. The top is 1" double sided TFL with matching 3mm PVC edge banding over a 0.75" sub-top. The drawers have matching TFL fronts and 4" satin nickel wire pulls, with full extension side mount steel ball bearing glides. The doors have double sided TFL and 6-point adjustable concealed hinges, also with matching 3mm PVC edge banding and 4" satin nickel wire pulls. The shelves have double sided TFL and adjustable shelves have four double-pin shelf clips per shelf to prevent sliding or tipping. Fixed shelves are fully doweled. The cabinet sits on an integrated 1" caster base with matching 3mm PVC edge banding and 3" heavy-duty casters (two locking and two non-locking), which are installed on site by others.
